Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your MiUniverse account and personal data at any time. Signed-in members can submit a request here; the team reviews and actions it within 30 days.
What happens next
- Your request is recorded and queued for review by the team.
- Deletion is carried out manually — it is not instant or automated.
- We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
- You can keep using MiUniverse until it is processed.
Changed your mind? Email hello@miuniverse.space and we'll cancel the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile (display name, soft identity, avatar).
- Memories, capsules, little things and experiences you created in your personal orbit.
- Invites you sent that are still pending.
- Support messages tied to your account.
What may remain
Some content lives inside shared orbits with other people. To protect the memories and experiences they have kept, that content may remain in the shared orbit after your account is removed, with your identity anonymised (for example, shown as a former member). Limited operational logs may be retained where the law requires it.
