What MiUniverse is

MiUniverse is a private, invite-led space for small groups of people — family, close friends, chosen folk — to keep memories, moments and experiences close.

MiUniverse is not a public social network. There is no public feed, no follower count, no discovery surface. It is not intended for broadcasting to strangers, building an audience, marketing, dating, or open community use.

Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).
• Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.

Acceptable use

Do not use MiUniverse to:

• Harass, threaten, harm or impersonate anyone.
• Share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
• Share content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access other people's orbits without an invite.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Use MiUniverse for spam, mass invites, marketing or public broadcasting.

Your content

Content you add to an orbit (memories, photos, notes, experiences, little things) belongs to you. You grant MiUniverse the limited right to store, process and display that content to the orbit members you choose, solely to operate the service.

Invites and shared content

When you invite someone into an orbit or contribute to a shared orbit, others in that orbit may keep their own copy of what was shared. Deleting your account does not always remove content others have already engaged with — see the account deletion page.

Beta service

MiUniverse is currently in private beta. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. Do not rely on MiUniverse as your only copy of important memories — keep your own backups.

Ending your use

You can stop using MiUniverse at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiUniverse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service during beta.
